8 Cam Sites With First Class Customer Service
Just as you're getting to the good part and clothes are coming off, something goes tits-up, and not in the fun way. If you, like me, have ever started a salacious 1on1 session, paying by the minute, and encountered an error, you expect rapid response. This is when you need customer support, and no, you don't want an answer within 5 business days.
The sites that made it onto my very picky list treat their viewers like the very VIPs that we are and embrace the 'customer is always right' mantra, which we are, of course. All in all, 8 sites made it to here, so you know these are the cream of the customer service crop.

This freemium, permanently popping chat site has 720p to 1080p hi-def webcam streams, free cam2cam in private chat with a free recording of your session, and all the free cream pie you can eat. That's a lot of free.
CamSoda supports millions of users, around 600 models live at any time, and some several million registered models worldwide. With those numbers, it speaks volumes that their customer service is as smooth as it is. Plus, this site offers all the live body mashing you could ever want, for free.
For the best customer response, you should have a free CamSoda account and be logged into it. Frankly, if you're not a member, you don't get to complain. Then, bottom right of any page, you will find 3 options for help - Billing Support, Support, and Contact Us. When you go to the Support page, you will also find a bunch of helpful Q's and A's to get you started. If your issue still requires a personal touch, emailing customer service will get you the help you need, often within minutes.
Top right underneath your member profile is another option for Technical issues with a little blue chat bubble. This opens a window for providing technical feedback and opinions. The useful thing here is that above the text box for you to write in, is two email addresses for contacting CamSoda. These are the ones you need for quick response. It's good to note these for whenever you might need them, which won't be that much, really, because CamSoda is a well-run and reliable site.
LiveJasmin
LiveJasmin's glossy red interface and hi-def glistening gallery read like a top luxury magazine. LiveJasmin's models are required to stream in nothing less than 720p HD from studio-style settings that are smart, kitted out, and classy.
As you'd expect from a premium chat site of LiveJasmin's caliber, customer support is available via live chat 24/7 to all members. You'll need to work your flirty fingers a bit to scroll to the bottom of the homepage to find Online Support, which is at the right-hand end of the bottom navigation bar. In this support area are helpful links for Billing Support and LiveJasmin's FAQ page.
Your LiveJasmin member account has a Messages section. Here, you can see all support requests you have submitted in the past, which is useful for troubleshooting on your own. Sadly, like other sites on this list, the customer service section is not as conveniently located as it could be. If you use the Billing tab, you will see an option at the bottom for Write to Us. A contact box will pop up with a dropdown menu for all of the site's main functions. You can even attach a screenshot of your unwanted bug. This will be sent directly to ImLive customer support. Here's my sneaky insider tip: This option is not available anywhere else, only from within the Billing tab in your Member Area, yet the dropdown covers all major support queries. It's the quick way to get help for any hanky panky hiccups.
XLoveCam
Fans of XLoveCam know it for being a super site to chat live with European models sporting alluring accents and attitudes to match. The site's clever search feature lets you apply as many filters as you want, and preserves them, so you only get relevant results. Hi-def streaming and webcam to cam is supported on both desktop and mobile, and all the best features work seamlessly on both.
You don't have to be at the bottom of XLoveCam's pages to find the support you need. The site's bottom navigation bar moves with you, so help is always close at hand as you scroll through this enticing cam site. The Contact Us link is what you'll need if you encounter trouble hitting a home run. This opens a red chat box with a link to Live Chat Support.
What's so great about XLoveCam is that you don't need a VIP membership or even be a member to use live support. Cams is not as feature-rich and glamorous as other sites on this picky list of mine, but at least they don't skimp on customer service and support. Many models stream in hi-def and all feeds have the option to be viewed in full screen or theater mode.
To have any chance at getting support, you need to be logged in as a member. Your user profile will appear at the top right of the homepage. To access some virtual hand-holding, open this, and then head to My Account. At the bottom here you will find Support with Cams' email address and another address for Billing Support.
Sadly, Cams does not have an FAQ page, but their email response time isn't bad. Then again, perhaps the benefit of offering fewer fancy features, but doing what you do well, is the likelihood of fewer issues overall. Plus, there are no annoying ads on this site.
An envelope icon next to your profile stores all your past and current messages. Any request you send to support will appear here, as well as being sent to the external email address you signed up with.
Should things go balls to the wall mid private chat, support will make sure you are compensated, not financially, as it were, but with site tokens to make up for what you lost when your 1on1 fun was interrupted.
